Welcome to the serene sanctuary of Bali Meditation Center (BMC), where every Friday, we offer a space to step away from life’s busyness and just pause. Our Just Pause Half-Day Meditation Retreat is designed for you to experience deep calm and clarity in just four hours.

In the midst of hectic schedules and constant distractions, this retreat offers you the opportunity to take a much-needed break. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of peace, balance, and well-being.
Guided Meditation: Clear your mind and find stillness with our expert-led meditation sessions.
Mindful Breathing: Learn effective breathing techniques to release stress and find calm.
Gentle Movement: Engage in mindful stretching to harmonize your body and mind, preparing you for deeper meditation.
Reflection & Journaling: Take time to reflect in a peaceful environment, gaining personal insights and mental clarity..
Community Sharing: Connect with fellow participants in a supportive, uplifting space, sharing in the journey towards inner peace.
What You’ll Experience
What to Wear
We invite all participants to wear white, comfortable clothes that cover the shoulders and long, loose, comfortable pants. If you don’t have these, we’ve got you covered—BMC provides clothing, so just let our staff know upon arrival.
Contribution
Our retreat is by donation. Any amount you feel content contributing will help sustain BMC’s facilities and ensure we can continue offering meditation and healing to all. Your donation directly supports the running of BMC and our mission of spreading peace through mindfulness.
